Project Manager/ Program Scheduler on a $220 million 325,000 square foot LEED® Gold office
project. Work includes constructing two - six story office buildings, and a two story 800 space
underground parking garage on a tight urban site that will require extensive environmental
remediation and utility infrastructure work. Responsible for complete program and construction
management oversight. Major duties include assisting Owner in negotiating GMP construction
contract; implementing communications plan utilizing customized Sharepoint® Project Portal;
developing and implementing cost loaded CPM master project schedule to support earned value
analysis; performing risk analysis; performing design reviews and evaluating design quality assurance
activities; monitoring day-to-day activities of GMP construction contractor for cost, quality and
schedule performance; evaluating LEED® Gold designer and contractor certification activities; and
providing overall coordination and leadership for project development team through building
commissioning, operational startup activities, relocation activities and project closeout.
Warner Construction Consultants, Rockville, MD: Project Manager.
• Hampton Inn- Convention Center, Washington, DC: Project Manager for the construction of a new
$55 million 228-room hotel. Managed this LEED certified hotel project and took part in the design
development and pre-construction phases. Reviewed constructability of architectural, MEP and
structural drawings; managed contractors and subcontractors; monitored day-to-day on-site progress;
analyzed construction budgets and manpower requirements; prepared RFP’s for A/E, construction
services and project scopes; reviewed contractor and subcontractor bids; prepared project cost
estimates; assisted with QA/QC activities; and prepared and presented project status reports to
owners.
• The Westin Hotel, Arlington, VA: Project Manager for the construction of a new $80 million 336room
full service hotel. Managed this LEED certified hotel project and took part in the design
development and pre-construction phases. Reviewed constructability of architectural, MEP and
structural drawings; managed contractors and subcontractors; monitored day-to-day on-site progress;
analyzed construction budgets and manpower requirements; prepared RFP’s and project scopes;
reviewed contractor and subcontractor bids; prepared project cost estimates, prepared project
schedule; assisted with QA/QC activities; and prepared and presented project status reports with
risks and opportunities to owners.
• Parc Rosslyn, Rosslyn, VA: Project Manager for the construction of this new $60 million 13-story
LEED Silver Certified apartment building. Played a key project role in managing the project budget
and schedule; and in developing and presenting project status reports to Owners. In spite of multiple

delays due to the discovery of contaminated soil, and due to coordination issues caused by WMATA
metro train tunnels running under the project boundaries, this project was completed $1.5 million
under budget and one month ahead of schedule.
• Butler Residence, Upperville, VA: Managed the design and construction of this $10 million custom
residence from planning phase through to project close-out. Participated in the preconstruction
process and was actively involved in conducting construction reviews, developing bid packages and
scopes of work for various trades. Played a key role in the project start-up process by developing the
construction contract and by setting up document control systems and management protocols. Also
developed and managed project budget and schedule. Efficiently scheduled, conducted and
documented job meetings, contractor coordination meetings and owner-architect meetings.
Processed pay applications and monitored change orders.
• Chesapeake Bay Bridge, MD: Served as a Claims Consultant for MD transportation authority to
support $20 million construction delay claim for Bay Bridge Project. Played a key role in analyzing the
delay by reviewing delay claim, specifications, contractor schedule updates, delay damages, change
orders, RFIs, acceleration and productivity associated with the claim and assisted in preparing
construction litigation & mediation support documents. Prepared as-built schedule from construction
daily reports to support the deficiencies in reported schedule updates and productivity rates.
• The Office Building at Gateway, Arlington, VA: As Owner’s Representative managed owner
provided tenant improvement allowances for constructing tenant space build-outs. Scheduled,
conducted and documented progress meetings and contractor coordination meetings; established
and monitored project schedules; reviewed and approved change order costs and contractor
applications for payment; managed delivery of tenant spaces to clients; and assisted with project
closeout and tenant space transfers.
• Century Center at Crystal City, Arlington, VA: As Owner’s Representative managed Owner
provided tenant improvement allowances for constructing tenant space build-outs. Scheduled,
conducted and documented progress meetings and contractor coordination meetings; established
and monitored project schedules; reviewed and approved change order costs and contractor
applications for payment; managed delivery of tenant spaces to tenants; and assisted with project
closeout and tenant space transfers.
• The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Washington, DC: Provided project and
construction management services for multiple projects on an as-needed basis. Provided QA/QC
analysis and prepared deficiency reports on existing work; reviewed change orders for major
renovation projects; participated in contract negotiations; and assisted in construction claims analysis
and provided litigation support.

• Miami Tri-Rail Station, at Miami International Airport, FL: Prepared 100% Bid Estimate for 22 Million
Miami Tri-Rail Station and performed estimate review (Quantity takeoff and pricing - 65% bid estimate)
for 200 Million Miami Intermodal Center, A Rental Car Facility, at Miami International Airport.
• The Falls at Marina Bay, Fort Lauderdale, FL: Performed Claims review, cost analysis, document
control and organization for $26 million multifamily residential complex
• Summit Brickell Apartment Complex, Fort Lauderdale, FL: Responsible for site supervision,
document control, sub-contractor coordination and schedule updates
